We had our family vacation here and it was great! Better then staying in a hotel with noisy people sharing your walls. We had lots of parking in quiet neighborhood. The yard was a dream for the kids... and Adults with all the activities including its own mini golf course! Plenty of room for everyone. House was clean with plenty of towels blankets, pillows, kitchen equipment. Definitely will do again.
This vacation home is the best ever! first... lots of room inside and out. We went with 11 people, all family members and with lots of privacy. We had lots of thing to do in the home with the Foosball table inside and dish for TV watchers also lots of games out side and a Ping-pong Tale. The Beach is right around the corner we walked everyday 7 am to watch the incredible sunrises! loved it, went fishing, snorkeling, and boating. Everything that you could do or need with is in a few miles. Malls, grocery stores, restaurants, game room, go carts, water park. THE BEST EVER WELL BE RECOMMENDING TO ALL FRIENDS!!
We were a family of 11 and stayed a week on this property. Definitely would stay again! You will have to cross a street to get to the beach but you are right there at the beach. The property is located in a quiet beach cul de sac, not a busy commercial area. The rooms are a nice size, well decorated with good storage. They are nicely spaced out to give everyone their own privacy. Lots of things to do inside and out of the house! The bedroom TVs are flat screens with a nice size one in the living area as well. No dedicated dinning room but the kitchen and living area have a nice open concept. Dinning is around a wide island where everyone can gather. Great beach decor and well furnished. We will stay next visit!
This was our first big family vacation and we absolutely loved everything about it! The house is fabulous, spacious and we'll equipped with the little things one might forget to pack. We really enjoyed the outdoor BBQ pit and had some prettyepicping long battles! We are looking forward to our next vacation.
My family and I just returned home from a week's stay at in Daytona Beach and absolutely loved this cozy getaway! There was plenty of room for all my children, spouses and grandkids! Just a short walk (or drive) to the beach, restaurants, pubs and Downtown Daytona Beach activities made this home the perfect spot for us! Quiet street away from the hustle and bustle of A1A/Atlantic Blvd made for enjoyable quiet restful evenings!

The home was well outfitted and decorated. Excellently situated and very close to beaches, main shopping, theatres, restaurants and only a little over an 1 hr away from the hub bub of Orlando. It was so convenient for various vacation day trips to Disney, Universal, Seaworld, and the Outlet shops of St. Augustine. We would return! Many, many thanks.
We had a party of 8 and booked a last minute stay at this beach house and we're still talking about it! This beach house is even better in person than in the photos. Wayyy bigger than we expected! My wife said if she new all the rooms were going to have such large closets she would have packed a lot more!!! LOL... Loved the open floor plan great room allowing us to keep an eye on the kids while cooking, eating and watching the Large screen TV. Really enjoyed dining outdoors in the attached screened room (called the lanai in their listing) in the private fenced yard. The home was recently remodeled so everything is nice and new, even the beds! The entire front of the home provided ample parking for us to pull right across with our tahoe and boat in tow This property was a delightful surprise, you won't be disappointed! There were plenty of local places to launch our boat and cruise the inter-coastal! The location of this house is amazing, just as advertised...a 2 minute walk to the beautiful beach and less than 10 minutes up a1a to Daytona's Boardwalk! The property manager was super helpful and the amenity discount coupon package they had ready for us upon arrival must have saved us at least $300 with local restaurants and attractions. The only problem was my wife was so spoiled by the full sized stacked commercial washer and dryer conveniently right in the home (compared to our past rentals of condo's, hotels, motels and even some houses that had mini-size units requiring her to do laundry daily to keep up! NOT HERE!), ...OMG, she is no longer happy with what we own at home and wants new ones just like what they had! As you can tell, everything was just great! We can't wait to come back again! Highly recommended!!!
