Our family and friends have enjoyed this lake house as a quiet retreat from the rush and hurry of running a small business. Although the house is small compared to many newer houses, we loved being able to view the lake from all rooms and the secluded feeling of being at the end of a private road with lots of trees and a nice yard for games. We also loved being so close to Columbia we could drive up for a quick swim or lunch.

We are on the main part of the lake.with year round deep water. Close to Ft Jackson and the greatest soldiers in the world and USC and downtown Columbia with its lovely vast aray of dining and other activities.

Beautiful lake views from all sides. Close to everything and yet secluded at the end of a dead end rd on a peninsula. 75' boat dock and a concrete loading ramp on site, Fire pit for winter star gazing.
